Parks & Recreation Department - Part TIme Position
We are currently seeking applicants for a part-time position within the Parks and Recreation Department. Pay is $17.05/hour.
This position requires the ability to work independently as well as function effectively in a team environment. The selected candidate will assist the Parks Supervisor and Public Works Director in carrying out both short-term and long-term park goals, as well as building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with park maintenance and upkeep
- Support implementation of departmental goals and projects
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Perform general labor and maintenance tasks as needed

Fire Department Wildland Team Member - Engine Crew/Hand Crew/ EMT's

Preferred qualifications are:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.,
Experience as a wildland firefighter preferred but not required.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Part Time Emergency Vehicle Operators.
Requirements:
18 years of age
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver’s license
Pre-employment Drug Test
DOT Physical
Driving record and criminal record background checks
Basic CPR certification
Emergency Vehicle Operators Certification.
(EVO and CPR courses will be provided by the Fire Department if needed.)
A current EMS license at any level is preferred
The Red River Fire Department as a State Licensed Ambulance service has a very strict Drug and Alcohol policy including Random Drug tests.
Standard Shift is a 24-hour shift from 8 am to 8 am
Paid Shifts are 12 hours in the station from 9 am to 8 pm with paid on call from 8 pm to 8 am.
