General Information
- 100% damage deposit paid at move is equal to first month's rent. Payment plans are available.
- Background check & credit report fee of $45/per adult on lease.
- Lease must be signed prior to or on move in day.
- Lease term options are three months, six months or 12 months.
- All utilities included in monthly rental: Internet & cable TV.
- No smoking or vaping allowed in rooms.
