General Information

• 100% damage deposit paid at move is equal to first month's rent. Payment plans are available.
• Background check & credit report fee of $40/per adult on lease.
• Lease must be signed prior to or on move in day.
• Lease term options are four months, six months or 12 months.
• All utilities included in monthly rental: Internet & cable TV.
• No smoking or vaping allowed in rooms.
• No pets and other domestic animals are not permitted.  An exception will be made for a qualified service dog if needed with documentation that the qualified service dog is properly trained and is needed to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

1)  Efficiency:  $550/month
2)  1 Bedroom/1 Bath:  $600/month
3)  2 Bedroom/1 Bath:  $750/month
4)  2 Bedroom/1 Bath (3 beds): $850/month or $860/month with fireplace
5)  2 Bedroom/1 Bath (Newly remodeled): $1000/month
6)  2 Bedroom/2 Bath:  $800/month
7)  3 Bedroom/3 Bath:  $1,110/month
